Bronze Automatic Air Vent Valve

Bronze automatic air vent valve with BSP or NPT threaded connections, float-operated venting mechanism, polypropylene float, 304 stainless steel internal components and EPDM seals. Available in sizes from 1/2″ to 1″, with a non-shock working pressure of up to 1.6 MPa.

Bronze automatic air vent valve designed to continuously discharge trapped air from water supply, heating, HVAC and general piping systems. Removing accumulated air helps reduce pipeline noise, improve circulation efficiency and protect pumps, valves and other system components.

The valve uses a float-operated automatic venting mechanism. As air collects inside the valve body, the float moves downward and opens the air outlet. When water enters the chamber, the float rises and automatically closes the vent.

It features a durable bronze body and bonnet, a corrosion-resistant polypropylene float, 304 stainless steel internal components and EPDM sealing elements. BSP or NPT threaded connections are available for different installation requirements.

Standard sizes range from 1/2″ to 1″, with a non-shock working pressure of up to 1.6 MPa and an operating temperature range from -20°C to 120°C. Lead-free bronze material, customized marking and OEM packaging are available upon request.
